Strict: Full refund of cancellations made within 48hours of booking. if the check-in date is at least 14days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

The unit is furnished comfortably with high quality furniture and art from our travels. For us, it’s a perfect place to relax, get some work done and let the kids tire themselves out at the pool.
If you get bored of the quiet surroundings, the condominium is close to SM Fairview, Ayala Fairview Terraces and Robinson’s Novaliches. There are also lots of cafes, restaurants, food parks and bars in the area.
Guests can take a break at one of the many gardens in between the towers, or at the tables available poolside. Swimming costs an extra 150 per person on regular days and 300 on holidays.
I am also very familiar with the area and can give you tips on getting around, local attractions and approximate travel times to the rest of the city.
No pets, no smoking, no parties/events.
Check-in is anytime after 2PM and check out by 12PM (noon).
P1000 deposit, +P500 if staying with kids. Additional P1000/week for bookings longer than 5 days. Deposit is refunded in full at checkout (if no damage to property).
Kettle and stove must be unplugged when not in use. Aircon must be turned off when leaving for extended periods.
Internet is free of charge. Landine is free for local landline calls only.
Pool access is P150/person/day (P300 on holidays), max 2 people daily. Parking available for extra charge.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was a relaxing short trip over the weekend. The room is very spacious for a group of 2-4. The idea of having a big living room is really great. The unit is also clean and very tidy. It also has a complete of utensils and all so you don't have to bring anything. The wifi is unstable sometimes, but still tolerable. The security and staff of the unit are also friendly. Ma'am Jennifer is very easy to talk to and very approachable to cater to our needs. I will gladly recommend this to my friends and everyone who wants to have a relaxing weekend. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host and owner of the unit is very accomodating. She even offered that we can extend our check-out time. The unit is big enough to fit in for your whole family. Though sleeping capacity is good for 4 persons comfortably.
The CR has a bidet which is a plus factor, the AC is cold, and unit is clean. Though there is no wifi yet on the unit, we still enjoyed our stay! Recommended for weekends bonding with your family! Thank you Jen for the warmth accomodation!
